गडचिरोली : १६ लाखांचे बक्षीस असलेल्या दोन जहाल महिला नक्षलींचे आत्मसमर्पण

गडचिरोली, दि. ११ : नक्षली हिंसाचाराच्या जीवनाला कंटाळून तसेच वरिष्ठ नक्षल्यांच्या वागणुकीमुळे दोन जहाल महिला नक्षलींनी गडचिरोली पोलिस दलापुढे गुरुवार ११ जुलै रोजी आत्मसमर्पण केले आहे. प्रमिला सुखराम बोगा ऊर्फ मंजूबाई, प्लाटुन पार्टी कमिटी सदस्य, सप्लाय टिम/स्टाफ टिम, (वय ३६) रा. बोगाटोला (गजामेंढी), ता. धानोरा, जि. गडचिरोली व अखिला संकेर पुडो ऊर्फ रत्नमाला ऊर्फ आरती, प्लाटुन पार्टी कमिटी सदस्य, सप्लाय टिम/स्टाफ टिम, (वय ३४) रा. मरकेगाव ता. धानोरा, जि. गडचिरोली अशी आत्मसमर्पित नक्षलींची नावे आहेत.
शासनाने २००५ पासून जाहिर केलेल्या आत्मसमर्पण योजनेमुळे तसेच हिंसाचाराच्या जीवनाला कंटाळून वरिष्ठ नक्षल्यांसह अनेक जहाल नक्षल्यांनी आजपर्यंत पोलीसांसमोर आत्मसमर्पण केलेले आहे. त्याचबरोबर आत्मसमर्पित नक्षल्यांचे पोलीस दलाने पुनर्वसन घडवून आणल्यामुळे आजपर्यंत एकुण ६६८ नक्षल्यांनी गडचिरोली पोलीस दलासमोर आत्मसमर्पण केले आहे.
आत्मसमर्पित जहाल महिला नक्षलींबद्दल
प्रमिला सुखराम बोगा ऊर्फ मंजूबाई ही २००५ मध्ये टिपागड दलम मध्ये सदस्य पदावर भरती होवून २०११ पर्यंत कार्यरत. २०२२ ते १४ मध्ये वैरागड दलममध्ये कार्यरत. २०१४ ते १५ मध्ये केकेडी (कुरखेडा, कोरची, देवरी) दलममध्ये कार्यरत. २०१५ मध्ये कंपनी नं. ०४ मध्ये बदली होऊन २०१८ पर्यंत सदस्य पदावर कार्यरत. त्यानंतर कंपनी नं. ०४ मध्ये पीपीसीएम (प्लाटुन पार्टी कमिटी सदस्य) म्हणून बढती होऊन २०२१ पर्यंत कार्यरत. २०२२ मध्ये डिके सप्लाय टिम/स्टाफ टिममध्ये बदली होऊन पीपीसीएम (प्लाटुन पार्टी कमिटी सदस्य) पदावर आजपावेतो कार्यरत.
तिच्यावर आजपर्यंत एकुण ४० गुन्हे दाखल असून त्यामध्ये २० चकमक, ०२ जाळपोळ व १८ इतर गुन्ह्रांचा समावेश आहे.
अखिला संकेर पुडो ऊर्फ रत्नमाला ऊर्फ आरती ही २०१० मध्ये टिपागड दलममध्ये सदस्य पदावर भरती होऊन २०१३ पर्यंत कार्यरत.
२०१३ ते १४ मध्ये प्लाटुन नं. १५ मध्ये सदस्य पदावर कार्यरत. २०१४ ते १५ मध्ये कंपनी नं. ०४ मध्ये सदस्य पदावर कार्यरत. २०१५ मध्ये डीके सप्लाय टिम/स्टाफ टिममध्ये सदस्य पदावर कार्यरत. २०१८ मध्ये डीके सप्लाय टिम/स्टाफ टिममध्ये पीपीसीएम (प्लाटुन पार्टी कमिटी सदस्य) पदावर बढती होऊन आजपावेतो कार्यरत.
तिच्यावर आजपर्यंत एकुण ०७ गुन्हे दाखल असून त्यामध्ये ०२ चकमक, ०४ खून व ०१ इतर गुन्ह्रांचा समावेश आहे.
महाराष्ट्र शासनाने प्रमिला सुखराम बोगा ऊर्फ मंजूबाई हिचेवर ०८ लाख तर अखिला संकेर पुडो ऊर्फ रत्नमाला ऊर्फ आरती हिचेवर ०८ लाख रूपयाचे बक्षीस जाहिर केले होते.
आत्मसमर्पणानंतर पुनर्वसनाकरीता केंद्र व राज्य शासनाकडुन प्रमिला सुखराम बोगा ऊर्फ मंजूबाई हिला एकुण ०५ लाख तर अखिला संकेर पुडो ऊर्फ रत्नमाला ऊर्फ आरती हिला एकुण ०५ लाख रुपये बक्षीस जाहिर करण्यात आले आहे.
गडचिरोली पोलीस दलाने अतिशय प्रभावीपणे माओवादविरोधी अभियान राबविल्यामुळे तसेच शासनाने माओवाद्यांना आत्मसमर्पणाची सुवर्णसंधी उपलब्ध करून दिल्याने, सन्मानाने जीवन जगण्यासाठी २०२२ ते २०२४ सालामध्ये आतापर्यंत एकुण २१ जहाल नक्षल्यांनी आत्मसमर्पण केले आहे. सदर नक्षाल्यांचे आत्मसमर्पण घडवून मुख्यप्रवाहात आणण्याबाबतची कारवाई संदिप पाटील, पोलीस महानिरीक्षक (नक्षलविरोधी अभियान) नागपूर, अंकित गोयल, पोलीस उप-महानिरीक्षक गडचिरोली परिक्षेत्र, अजय कुमार शर्मा, पोलीस उप-महानिरीक्षक (अभियान) सीआरपीएफ, नीलोत्पल, पोलीस अधीक्षक गडचिरोली व जसवीर सिंग, कमांण्डट 113 बटा. सिआरपीएफ यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली पार पाडली. यावेळी पोलीस अधीक्षक गडचिरोली नीलोत्पल यांनी आवाहन केले की, विकासकामांना आडकाठी निर्माण करणाया माओवाद्यांवर पोलीस दल सक्षमपणे कारवाई करण्यास तत्पर असुन, जे माओवादी विकासाच्या प्रवाहात सामील होण्यास ईच्छुक असतील त्यांना विकासाच्या मुख्य प्रवाहात आणण्यासाठी तसेच लोकशाहीतील सन्मानाचे जीवन जगण्यासाठी गडचिरोली पोलीस दल सर्वतोपरी मदत करेल, तसेच त्यांनी हिंसेचा त्याग करुन शांततेचा मार्ग स्विकारावा.

Two Hardcore Women Maoists surrender before Gadchiroli Police and CRPF
– They carried a total reward of Rs. 16 Lakhs

Gaschiroli : Disillusioned by the hollow claims of Maoism and frustrated by their mindless violence against civilians, a large number of members of the banned CPI (Maoist) are attracted to the Surrender cum Rehabilitation Policy implemented by the Government of Maharashtra since 2005. Thanks to the effective implementation of this Policy, a total of 668 active Maoists till date have surrendered before the Gadchiroli Police. Today ie. on 11/07/2024 two hardcore Women Maoists viz. Pramila Sukhram Boga @ Manjubai, Platoon Party Committee Member, Supply Team/Staff Team, Age-36 years, R/o Bogatola (Gajamendhi), Tah. Dhanora, Dist. Gadchiroli and Akhila Sanker Pudo @ Ratnamala @ Arti, Platoon Party Committee Member, Supply Team/Staff Team, Age-34 years, R/o Markegaon, Tah. Dhanora, Dist. Gadchiroli have surrendered before Gadchiroli Police.
Information about Surrendered Maoists:
Pramila Sukhram Boga @ Manjubai
Tenure in Maoist Organization:
• Recruited as member in Tipagad LOS in 2005 and worked until 2011.
• Worked in Vairagad LOS in 2011-14.
• Worked in KKD (Kurkheda, Korchi, Deori) LOS in 2014-15.
• Transferred to Company No. 04 in 2015 and worked as member until 2018.
• Promoted as PPCM (Platoon Party Committee Member) in Company No. 04 in 2018 and worked until 2021.
• Transferred from Company No. 04 to DK Supply Team/Staff Team in 2022 and worked as PPCM (Platoon Party Committee Member) till date.
A total of 40 crimes have been registered against her, out of which 20 – Encounters, 02-Arsons and 18- Other offences.
Akhila Sanker Pudo @ Ratnamala @ Arti
Tenure in Maoist Organization:
• Recruited as member in Tipagad LOS in 2010 and worked until 2013.
• Worked as member in Platoon No. 15 in 2013-14.
• Worked as member in Company No. 04 in 2014-15.
• Worked as member in DK Supply Team/Staff Team in 2015.
• Promoted as PPCM (Platoon Party Committee Member) in 2018 in DK Supply Team/Staff Team and worked till date.
A total of 07 crimes have been registered against her, out of which 02 – Encounters, 04 – Murders and 01- Other offences.
Reasons for their surrender :
• Senior Maoists instructed us to collect money for the movement/people, but they actually used that money for themselves, never for people’s development.
• Women are badly discriminated against by senior Maoists.
• Senior Maoists exploited the poor tribal youths only for their benefit.
• Married Party members could not live an independent married life.
• Due to the aggressive anti-Maoist operations of the Gadchiroli Police, moving in the forest had become dangerous.
• Fellow tribals were killed based solely on suspicion of being police informers.
• During encounters, male Maoists ran away leaving woman Maoists to fend for themselves and often got killed.
• Senior Maoist cadres don’t pay attention to medical problems of party members.
• The so called revolution has lost public support and base in Gadchiroli district.
Rewards on their arrest / encounter :
• Maharashtra Government had announced a reward of Rs. 08 lakhs on Pramila Sukhram Boga @ Manjubai.
• Maharashtra Government had announced a reward of Rs. 08 lakhs on Akhila Sanker Pudo @ Ratnamala @ Arti.
Reward on surrender :
• After surrender, Pramila Sukhram Boga @ Manjubai will receive Rs. 05 Lakhs as reward declared by the Central Government & Maharashtra Government for rehabilitation.
• After surrender, Akhila Sanker Pudo @ Ratnamala @ Arti will receive Rs. 05 Lakhs as reward declared by the Central Government & Maharashtra Government for rehabilitation.
Due to the intensified anti-Maoist operations conducted by Gadchiroli Police and the golden opportunity provided by the Government of Maharashtra for Maoists to surrender and lead a respectful life, 21 hardcore Maoists have surrendered before the Gadchiroli Police from the year 2022 till date. This action was carried out under the guidance of Sandip Patil, Special Inspector General of Police (ANO) Nagpur, Ankit Goyal, DIG, Gadchiroli Range, Ajay kumar Sharma, DIG (Ops.) CRPF, Neelotpal, SP Gadchiroli & Jasvir Singh, Commdt. 113 Bn. CRPF. Neelotpal, SP, Gadchiroli has assured that all necessary assistance would be provided to those willing to surrender and join the mainstream society, embracing the ways of democracy. Furthermore, he appealed to active Maoists to renounce the path of violence and adopt the path of peace and join the mainstream of development.
